This is a Ishido school wakazashi.  Ishido blades were very well made and the best ones had gunome/chogi hamon like this one.  The activity in the hamon is abundant and very elegant.  Please look carefully at the full blade photo.  The hada is tightly forged and is milky looking and smooth.  It comes in mounts and in a great polish with papers attesting to the school and quality.
