This sword is of very fine quality and was polished recently. After polish a fissure appeared near the monouchi in the ha, but the swords details also were very beautifully brought out. The work appears to be good Bizen work with an abundance of activity in the hamon. The hada is very rich looking and well forged. This fine old sword would be an excellent study sword for a new collector.
