Construction: shinogi-zukuri
Mune: iori
Nakago: ubu one hole
Kitae: mokume
Hamon: gunome midare
Boshi:  maru
Condition:  very old polish no stains

 

This sword is in good shape overall.  the hada is clear with some course areas.  The hamon is active and typical of a shinto era sword.  This is not a high quality sword but is a samurai sword that was used and is very functional.  More than likely it was carried by a low grade samurai.
