This is a very beautiful wakazashi with exquisite koshirai.  The saya is lacquered with inlayed abalone shell.  The work is very fine on this sword and the hamon has many hataraki that add to its beauty.  This is a very fine sword that is in great polish and has no flaws.  the pictures speak for themselves.

There are 15 Tanba no Kami Yoshimichi. This one, from around Tenpô, is from Yamashiro, and his real name was Mishina Kisaburô. His initial mei was KIYOMICHI, and he was the eighth generation from Kyoto.

 

This sword comes polished, papered in shirasaya and with original koshirai.

This sword is on consignment.
