This long sword appears to be from the late shin-shinto. The sword is flawless and is very stout and healthy and has a very beautiful looking hamon. The activity in the hamon is very active as can be seen in the photos. The quality is very good and the hada is tightly forged. Overall an excellent Japanese Katana.
